Lee Seung Gi’s Return ties Gangnam Style’s record of #1 for 5 weeks in a row on the charts

Lee Seung Gi’s ‘Return’ has kept strong at number one and it tied the record set by Psy’s ‘Gangnam Style’ for most weeks topping #1 on major online music charts.

According to one of the largest online music retailer Soribada.com, Lee Seung Gi’s ‘Return’ was ranked #1 for the 3rd week chart of December (December 17th – 23rd), making its stay at the top for 5 weeks in a row.

Akdong Musician’s ‘You’re Attractive’ came in at #2. Baek Ah Yeon’s ‘Daddy Long Legs’ was placed at #3 after being featured on the SBS drama ‘Cheongdamdong Alice’.

Girls’ Generation is due to come back on January 1st, 2013, but the girls are already on the charts with their pre-released track ‘Dancing Queen’, coming in at #4. Max Changmin’s ‘A Person Like Tears’ rounded out the top 5.

Ha Dong Kyun made a comeback recently after 5 years of hiatus and his new song ‘From Mark’ has been placed in the top 10 on the chart, still receiving much support from the fans after such a long break.
